JK GROUP SAS is a holding company made up of various companies operating in diverse sectors such as mining and quarries, subcontracting, logistics and consulting. As a group, it operates mainly in the real estate and subcontracting sectors and strategic investments. Through its subsidiaries, it invests in research and exploration, exploitation, transformation and marketing of minerals in tin, copper-cobalt and gold sectors. JK GROUP SAS also stands out in taking stakes in companies or corporations with similar or related purposes with a view to contributing significantly to the development of the business world both in the Democratic Republic of Congo and throughout Africa and the world.

Mission

The mission of JK GROUP SAS is subcontracting in the private sector (logistics, transport, marketing, services), all operations related to prospecting, research and exploitation of mineral substances and quarry products, as well as civil engineering and engineering operations in this same sector.
It is also very committed to the exploitation of mining waste and backfill and the acquisition of stakes in related companies.

The President:

Appointed by collective decision of the Shareholders, he is invested with the broadest powers to act on behalf of the Company and represents it to third parties.

The General Manager:

Appointed by the community of Shareholders, he has the same powers as the President with regard to the Company, but cannot represent it to third parties.

The Board of Directors:

Composed of administrators, it is responsible for the management of the Company and determines its orientations.

The Sectoral Directors:

They are in charge of a management sector or specific activities of the Company and assist the President and the General Manager. These include a Financial Director, a Technical and Operations Director, and an Administrative Director.

Monsieur MAOMBI KAZIBAZIBA Joseph President

Presentation: Mr. Joseph MAOMBI KAZIBAZIBA is the President of JK GROUP SAS and National Vice-President of the FEC in charge of Artisanal Mining, Young Entrepreneurs and Subcontracting. A lawyer by training, he practiced as a lawyer before distinguishing himself in mining entrepreneurship. Recognized for his rigor and commitment, he has founded several successful companies and actively advocates for the formalization of the artisanal mining sector, the creation of sustainable jobs, and the development of a middle class in the DRC.

Madame KISHIBAGAYA NABINTU Nelly General Manager

Presentation: Mrs. KISHIBAGAYA NABINTU is the General Manager of JK GROUP SAS. With solid experience in financial management, acquired notably as Finance Manager at CJX Minerals since 2017, she has in-depth expertise in the mining sector. Her leadership is guided by a clear strategic vision, strong social commitment, and values of excellence, integrity and responsibility that drive the group's development.

Monsieur Frederic Bias Chief Financial Officer

Presentation: CFO of CJX Minerals for over 7 years, he leads financial strategy, risk management and partner relations in the mining export sector in the DRC.

He previously headed the accounting department of Almarai (FMCG) for 9 years, ensuring compliance, financial reporting and team management.

His background also includes experiences in the fuel sector (1 year) and insurance (3 years), consolidating his expertise in finance and governance.

With over 20 years of experience, he offers strategic vision and solid mastery of multisectoral financial issues.

Monsieur Prashant SHARMA Director of Operations

Presentation: Seasoned mining sector professional, with over 14 years of experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), specializing in exploration, production and exploitation of tin, tantalum, tungsten and copper. With solid experience in managing the entire mining value chain, he ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and smooth logistics coordination, even in demanding environments.
